Supervision

I am an experienced Supervisor, with a Diploma in Supervision of Groups and Individuals.

My approach is Integrative, using the Hawkins and Shoet seven-eyed model of Supervision, and incorporating the Normative, Formative and Restorative functions of Supervision. I enjoy working with both qualified and trainee Counsellors from a range of theoretical backgrounds.

I believe in the importance of the Supervisory relationship as a safe space within which to reflect on practice in order to offer the best that we can to our clients, as well as to be resourced and to grow.
